PE house Abry Partners takes over Huron Capital stake in High Street

Private equity firm Abry Partners has acquired a majority stake in High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP), a Michigan-based retail broking platform, from Huron Capital.

Huron Capital will retain a minority stake in the company under the terms of the deal, with management and agency partners also maintaining equity in the business.
