Superior Access rebrands to Bolt

New York-based wholesale broker Superior Access Insurance Services has changed its name to Bolt Access, as the intermediary focuses its strategy on using “technology and innovation to drive growth”.

Bolt Access said that the pandemic has highlighted the importance of wholesalers providing digital capabilities to retail agents.

The company grew its client base by a fifth in 2020 and has reported 35% year-over-year growth in new business premium.
