Alliant to acquire personal lines intermediary Confie

Retail broker Alliant has agreed to buy Confie, one of the largest personal lines agencies in the US, from the private equity firm Abry Partners.

The deal is the latest in a slew of major transactions in the US broking world, following Acrisure's $3.45bn
