Recently IPO-ed Chinese intermediary Tian Ruixiang has fallen foul of Nasdaq rules for failing to file its annual report on time.

The broker said it had received a Nasdaq notice for failing to lodge its report for the year ending 31 October, 2020 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a timely fashion, and was therefore not in compliance...
