Rates on line (RoL) for mid-market transactional liability policies returned to the low-3% range during the first quarter of 2021, according to CAC Specialty.

In a market note, the wholesale broker said RoL for the market segment had largely settled down, despite a surge in demand towards the end of 2020, amid a sudden return to dealmaking.
