Munich Re Facultative and Corporate (F&C) has recruited Joni Elliott from Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as a senior vice president, US casualty, amid a push into big ticket excess liability by the German carrier, Inside P&C understands.

She is joined by Jen Doak, who has arrived at Munich Re as assistant vice president from General Star, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where she was a casualty underwriter.
