Dogan Kaleli, who ran programs in North America for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty until August 2020, has launched an InsurTech called Stere to help managing general agencies (MGAs) hunt down insurance capacity.

Stere will use technology operate a matchmaking service linking MGAs and carriers, in a bid to halve the time carriers spend scouting out delegated authority distribution partners.
