Metromile has recruited Troy Dye, currently head of consumer credit card marketing at Capital One, to lead its nationwide growth push.

Dye becomes a senior vice president at the Nasdaq-listed auto insurer, joining the company’s senior leadership team. He spent more than two decades at Capital One across operational and marketing roles.
