High-net-worth specialist Vault has added seven new members to its board of directors, including four representatives from Cornell Capital and one from Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM).

Among the additions are Henry Cornell, a former Goldman Sachs banker and Cornell Capital founder, and Richard Carbone, a senior adviser to Cornell and former CFO of life insurer Prudential Financial.
