Bold Penguin, the digital exchange platform for commercial insurance risks, has hired Jen Tadin as chief growth officer.

Tadin most recently served as president of small business, US retail property and casualty, at AJ Gallagher, and will now oversee Bold Penguin’s customer solutions, sales, customer success and partnership groups.
