Dual North America has launched a new public company excess D&O program, as the Howden-owned managing general agency expands its presence into a capacity-hungry US management liability market.

New York City-based Dennis Kearns, who joined Dual from QBE in March 2020, has been promoted to president of Dual Transaction Solutions, which will offer both M&A insurance and D&O coverage.
