Everest Re sets double-digit growth target as insurance ramp-up continues

Everest Re has outlined plans to lift gross premium by 10%-15% annually from 2021 to 2023 in an investor day presentation in which new CEO Juan Andrade said the carrier was looking to the "next evolution of its growth strategy".

The growth will be steered towards its smaller insurance business, with target annual growth rates of 18%-22%, versus 8%-12% in reinsurance.
