Outdoorsy, an online RV rental and outdoor travel market, announced it has raised $120mn in equity and debt financing, with a $90mn equity capital injection led by a group of investors including reinsurer SiriusPoint.

Outdoorsy plans to use the funding to expand its new InsurTech business Roamly, which offers coverage for RV renters.
