Next Insurance has hired Eran Liron as chief strategy officer to focus on M&A and business development, in a signal that the InsurTech plans to build on its acquisition of AP Intego and continue buying commercial lines agencies and underwriting platforms.

Liron was previously an executive vice president of marketing and corporate development at Nice, a Nasdaq-listed software company with a market capitalization of more than $16bn.
