Vantage Group Holdings has expanded into the US non-admitted market with the acquisition of an Illinois domiciled domestic surplus lines insurance company.

The acquired company, licensed in 47 states, was renamed Vantage Risk Specialty Insurance Company and will enable Vantage to underwrite in the U.S.
