Arch has hired senior financial executive Vanessa Hardy Pickering from Hamilton as CFO for Arch Re’s Bermuda operations.

Hardy Pickering, who starts in the role in September, had been the CFO for Hamilton Re since 2015 and started at the Bermuda-based (re)insurer in 2012 as its group-level financial controller.
