Evan Greenberg has said Chubb has only a “limited obligation” to Century, a unit at the heart of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) bankruptcy process.

Century, a subsidiary in run-off, underwrote the lion’s share of historic policies for the BSA and its local chapters, bankruptcy filings indicate.
