Boston-based MGA Corvus Insurance is buying Wingman Insurance, a tech platform for underwriting cyber and technology errors and omissions insurance, Corvus announced in a press release earlier today.

Wingman offers admitted products in all 50 states and Washington DC. It will continue to operate under its independent branding.
