USI Insurance Services has acquired Iowa-based Reynolds & Reynolds, an independent broker and risk management provider, in a deal that will expand USI’s presence across the state and throughout the Midwest.

Founded in 1976, Reynolds & Reynolds provides broking services around business insurance, employee benefits programs and personal insurance, along with risk management services.
