Axis Insurance, the primary insurance arm of Axis Capital Holdings, has named Abiy Dadi the vice president of US excess casualty as part of an ongoing buildout of its casualty team.

Dadi will be responsible for working with wholesale distribution partners to strengthen relationships and plumb new business opportunities, along with executing underwriting strategy.
