Commercial trucking InsurTech Cover Whale has launched a new program targeting small trucking operators with the backing of fronting company Everspan.

The new program will offer coverage to commercial truckers, common carriers, contract carriers, freight haulers and intermodal carriers, Cover Whale said in a statement.
