Private investment firm GI Partners has led recapitalization efforts for Patriot Growth Insurance Services in a deal that maintains investor Summit Partners in a significant minority ownership position.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, apart from that it is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
