Global specialty (re)insurer SiriusPoint has hired Zurich’s Patrick Charles as head of Americas P&C insurance, a role in which he will develop partnerships the carrier hopes will “disrupt the insurance industry”.

Charles will be responsible for managing and growing the US P&C insurance business, and his remit will include the launch of products and services to support new partnerships.
