Insurity, a provider of cloud-based software for P&C carriers, has sealed the acquisition of geospatial and analytics software company Maprisk.

The deal builds on the company’s previous acquisition of geospatial data platform SpatialKey in January 2020.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
