One80 Intermediaries, the Boston-based program management arm of the retail broker Risk Strategies, has named industry veteran Edward Lopes its chief operating officer.

Lopes spent nearly 13 years as regional executive at Zurich North America’s east region. Previously, he was the northeast regional president with AIG for more than a decade.
