Brown & Brown has acquired all the stock of Remedy Analytics, a company that provides pharmacy consulting services to employers throughout the US.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 10-year-old Remedy Analytics will become part of Brown & Brown’s retail segment and report to Mark Abate, who oversees Brown & Brown’s Strategic Benefit Advisors operations.
