Specialty insurance brokerage Risk Strategies has sealed the acquisition of Corrigan Johnston Risk Advisors, an all-lines brokerage focused on transportation-related industries.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will bolster the capabilities of Risk Strategies’ National Transportation Practice, the company said.
