Staff attrition has peaked in the corporate risk and broking (CRB) division of Willis Towers Watson, according to outgoing CEO John Haley, who outlined his take on a hot market for broker talent on an earnings call.

The business has seen major staff disruption as part of the fallout of the aborted merger with Aon, while hiring also remained low during the period leading up to the deal being withdrawn.
