Specialty insurance broker Risk Strategies struck a deal to buy Portland, Oregon-based retail agency Fournier Group for an undisclosed sum.

With the acquisition of Fournier, which is led by its president Greg Kuhns, Risk Strategies will expand its hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and aviation operations across the US.
