SiriusPoint and tech service provider Bolttech are to launch a Floridian joint venture that will target customers of insurer-of-last-resort Citizens, according to a report.

Insurance News Net reported that the business will be the first to enter the Florida property market since 2013 and has been set up with $46mn in investment capital.
