Private equity-backed Galway Holdings has struck a deal to buy strategic advisory firm Simatree for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Virginia, Simatree specializes in data analytics, technology consultation and digital transformation.

In a statement, Galway said that Simatree will have access to additional capital through Galway’s recent acquisition of MAI Capital Management to explore new opportunities for growth.
