IA Capital Group distributed $400mn from two $5mn investments in 2021, one of the highlights of a year managing partner Andy Lerner said stands out as “the most extraordinary in our history”.

In a letter to investors, Lerner detailed that the distributions reflected the April sale of Texas personal lines insurer Homeowners of America to property software company Porch Group.
