Insurance brokerage World Insurance Associates (WIA) has struck a deal to buy Kearny, New Jersey-based SAS Insurance Agency.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

SAS Insurance provides personal auto, homeowners, commercial and life insurance products in New Jersey.
