Former Weston Insurance president and CEO Michael Lyons has launched new InsurTech platform Swiftly, with operations in Bermuda and in the US.

Lyons has partnered with several insurance industry executives, including (re)insurance entrepreneur Dmitry Mnushkin, who will serve as Swiftly’s chief technology officer.
