Organic revenue growth at Illinois-based intermediary Arthur J Gallagher accelerated to 11% in the fourth quarter, helped by 10.2% organic growth in its brokerage unit. 

The broker posted $0.98 in adjusted fourth-quarter earnings per share, breezing past the $0.94 analyst estimate, and jumping 11.4%
