Homeowners InsurTech Kin Insurance is in the process of raising a new venture capital (VC) round following last week’s decision to shelve its proposed de-SPAC deal with blank-check company Omnichannel Acquisition Corp, CEO Sean Harper told this publication.

“We are raising another round of financing, a VC round in the near future,” Harper told Inside P&C in an interview.
