Specialty insurance broker One80 announced today that it has acquired Innovative Risk Management, a program manager that provides captive and alternative risk solutions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction also includes Programs Plus, which provides underwriting management and policy administration services for self-insured entities, captive insurance, and specialty programs.
