APCIA study finds attorney involvement in commercial auto claims drives up costs

As the costs of commercial auto claims continue to rise, one factor is playing an outsized role in the rate of increase – whether an attorney was involved in the claim, according to a study sponsored by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA).
