Aon and Marsh settle Miami poaching lawsuits

Aon and Marsh have ended their months-long South Florida poaching lawsuit and a related countersuit, which was filed after 12 senior executives left Aon last summer for their rival in Miami.

The broking giants filed a motion to dismiss the suit with prejudice, meaning that the matter is now settled, and the parties are barred from bringing that claim in another US court.
