ProAssurance CEO Ned Rand said he expects that it will take “another year” before the company fully integrates Norcal, the mutual liability insurer it bought in Q2 2021.

“It will be another year before we’ve fully integrated our NorCal transaction, so it may be bumpy along the way,” Rand said on a call with Wall Street analysts.
