Acrisure is to acquire multi-class MGA Volante Global for an undisclosed sum as it forecasts premiums at the coverholder to hit $1bn by 2025.

Volante was founded by Talbir Bains in 2017 and prior to the Acrisure transaction its majority investor was Markel subsidiary Nephila Holdings.
