Chubb-backed InsurTech wholesaler Joe Flood (JFIB) has launched operations in the US offering flood insurance brokerage services.

The broking firm was founded by executives Joe Rossi, Art McKinney and Chris St George, and will operate Chubb paper called Upstream, writing all lines of primary and excess flood.
