Brown & Brown CFO R Andy Watts has emphasized to Wall Street analysts that the mid-market broker is “not out of the M&A market”.

“We do have adequate capital to continue to buy really good businesses this year. We also anticipate that we'll be able to de-lever the organization after these transactions,” Watts said.
