Travelers’ global head of operations Susanne Figueredo Cook is to join Liberty Mutual Insurance Global Risk Solutions (GRS) as part of a management reshuffle designed to further the carrier’s global working.

Figueredo Cook will join as COO, effective from May 2, and report to the unit’s president Neeti Bhalla Johnson.
