Trucking and marine MGA First Light Program Managers has confirmed the acquisition of wholesaler and MGA NTIS, in a deal first reported by this publication earlier this week.

Inside P&C revealed on Tuesday that the Floridian business had struck an agreement to buy the Las Vegas-based trucking MGA, which trades as NTIS Transportation Insurance Services.
