Charles Taylor said it has promoted Cullen Sophy to US adjusting and technical services CEO, replacing Vince Cole, who is leaving the company to pursue another opportunity outside the loss-adjusting sector.

Prior to his promotion, Sophy served as the firm’s property executive vice president for over four years, following almost three years as specialty services senior vice president at Cunningham Lindsey.
