Guy Carpenter has promoted Matt Petka to president of GC Access North America and branch manager of its Dallas office, and Riley Underwood to GC Access head of client solutions, effective immediately.

Petka joined the reinsurance broker in 2021 as GC Access managing director. Before that, he was executive vice president at Willis Re, focusing on MGA and program businesses.
