Guy Carpenter Colombia CEO Carlos Luna is set to take over the top role at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ local unit, Seguros Confianza, this publication understands.

Sources said Luna will succeed Juan Manuel Merchan, who last month stepped down after a year in the position to become CEO at Ecuadoran carrier Seguros Equinoccial, one of the largest insurers in the South American country.
