The online marketplace for M&A insurance io.insure has launched in the US, with new managing partners Nate Stortzum and Gregory A de Keersmaeker appointed to lead the operation.

The company is part of the Pop Holdings Group and bills itself as the world’s first online M&A insurance marketplace for SME transactions.
