CAC Specialty has created a new senior living practice, adding Carl Swan as executive vice president and Alex Whipple as senior vice president, the company announced today.

Both executives join CAC Specialty from Alliance Insurance Group, an AssuredPartners (AP) subsidiary.

The news of the launch comes as Swan, Whipple and CAC face a legal dispute with AssuredPartners.
